1. Tube blank processing: The bearing steel is heated to 1150℃~1200℃ in a heating furnace, and the heated tube blank is pierced by a piercing machine to make a capillary tube;
2. Spheroidizing annealing: spheroidizing the capillary tube, the hardness of the capillary tube after annealing is in the range of HRB88~94;
3. Hot rolling of tube billet: send the annealed capillary tube into a heating furnace for secondary soaking; the capillary tube after the second soaking process is reduced in diameter, wall reduced, and stretched to form a waste tube;
4. Tube blank shaping and cutting: the waste tube passes through the sizing unit, sizing and shaping, and then straightening and cutting to form a set;
5. Recrystallization annealing: Recrystallization annealing treatment is performed on the kit to eliminate work hardening, so as to facilitate the implementation of cold rolling;
6. Soft grinding kit: the double end face of the kit is soft ground first, then the outer circle of the kit is soft ground, the double end face is ground first, then the outer circle is ground, the outer circle is through-type grinding, and the material is processed by bonding the end faces together. , To ensure that the outer diameter surface of the part is always on the same plane as the pallet, to ensure that the outer diameter taper is within the control range, to adjust the angle relationship between the two grinding wheels in the double end surface grinding process, to control the parallel difference of the end surface, and the end surface accuracy as a subsequent process The processing datum plane; the outer circle is processed by centerless grinding;
7. Set fine hole: Drill stop bolt holes and oil holes on the surface of the set, and rough the surface of the inner hole of the set to prepare the inner hole surface for cold rolling;
8. Cold rolling expansion kit: For the cold rolling expansion of deep groove ball bearing ring channel, the core roller feed speed has 6 stages in the cold rolling process, and the speed range is 0.4mm/s~1.0mm/s. The trajectory of the curve in one processing cycle is fast, slow, slow, until it stops; the rolling time is between 6s and 14s, and the rolling force is 80KN;
9. Turning kit: chamfer the kit and seal the groove;
10. Fine grinding kit: fine grinding kit to improve the surface accuracy of the kit;
11. Install the bearing: put balls between the rings, install the cage, inject grease, install the seal, and complete the assembly of the deep groove ball bearing.
